At the heart of Technology Square, you will find Chef William Kovel’s Catalyst restaurant where he has created a menu of high-end yet simple and casual cuisine. The space is well known for its event space used for wedding and business meals. Chef William wanted to create a European style café with the best coffee and fresh made, Chef-created sandwiches, soups, and salads but accessible in a fast-casual style. The Café pulls from the Catalyst with its use of natural materials like exposed concrete, metals and wood. Overhead is the iconic custom geometric light fixture that glows orange and whose shape is a play on the molecular structure of coffee.
