Boston Magazine’s “Best of Boston” Best Pop Up found its home in Owner and Chef’s Rachel Miller’s home town of Lynn, MA in a former breakfast counter coffee shop that originally opened in 1985. Miller had a strong vision for her interpretation of a Viet-American restaurant. It was a dark space that was flooded with natural light from the front and pops of natural green tones from the seafoam color ceiling to the hand painted variety of leaves on the back wall that has an opening directly to the cook line. The visible kitchen is also wrapped in black with accents of stainless shimmering through. The space offers counter seating and high top banquette.
