Founded by three long-time friends, all of Greek ancestry, this DC fast-casual brands features bowls and pita designed by Co-founder and Chef, Dimitri Moshovitis. In the late 2010’s this Brand expanded quickly across the country, including the Boston area. All of the now 100+ locations have a unique feel but have an evolving yet consistent aesthetic of white subway tiles, exposed concrete, stained wood, and black and white finishes. We worked with the Cava Design and Construction team to develop their stores in Cambridge, Hingham, Dedham as well as an unbuilt one in Burlington.
