You know the moment when you crave sushi and know you have to have it? THAT is the Sushi Momento as defined by Owner Jack Huang. The Restaurant is designed around that journey. As you enter, to the right is the bar, which represents the dense “city” areas of Japan. To the left you transition into the dining room which is more open with bamboo light globes suspended from above. To the side of this area is the back-lit bamboo “mountain” range with a recessed banquette seating. And at the end of the journey you get to the “ocean” with the glimmering koi fish directly above the sushi bar
